The City of White Plains Department of Public Safety and has joined forces to offer you the safest and most convenient way to obtain copies of your accident or incident report online.

  • Request A Report

    Accident Report Database

    Our Accident Report Database is updated
    Monday-Friday to ensure that your accident report is available for download within 5-7 business days of the accident date.

    The database can be easily searched by report number, accident date or by driver or registered owner name.

    Downloads are available in PDF or TIFF format.

    There is a standard $7.00 download fee for all accident reports.

    For other report requests such as State Crime, Domestic Incident and Department Incident Reports, please use our Request a Report Service. Please be sure to include as much information as possible regarding your request.

    All requests must undergo a screening and approval process prior to online distribution. You will receive a disposition email along with download fee information and link to your file usually within five (5) business days.

  • Walk-In Requests

    Icon 08 All report requests can still be made in person at the Data Management Unit Office Monday-Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM.

    The Data Management Unit Office is located on the Main Floor of the Public Safety Building at:

    The fee for photocopied reports is $0.25 per page.
    The fee for an Audio/Photo/Video Data CD or DVD is $25.00.
